Fairsure has been providing small-to-medium companies with financial services for over 40 years.
Fairsure was founded in 1979 as a business focussed on providing independent and cost-effective solutions and services in all facets of employee benefits. Since then, our service offering has widened, and now incorporates other elements of the financial services value-chain.
We are a strong team of passionate individuals with varied expertise and experience in bespoke financial services, but a shared vision and set of values.

Since our doors opened, Fairsure has been an owner-managed enterprise. This, along with our size and organisational structure, makes it possible for us to form real relationships with our clients.

DIRECTOR & CEO
Having graduated from the University of Kwazulu Natal (UKZN) with an honours degree in accounting, Sabelo completed his articles at Ernst and Young. He then gained a wealth of experience in the local insurance and healthcare sectors through Sanlam, Old Mutual and Metropolitan Health before co-founding Oriole Holdings. Under Sabelo’s leadership, the company continues to break new ground through the expansion of its service offerings and innovation.

DIRECTOR
Lumkile is a celebrated entrepreneur in telecommunications (GVG Telecoms) and property (Gilder Investments). The UKZN graduate was the lead consortium on BEE deals with Specsavers and co-founded Oriole Holdings with Sabelo Nyembe. Lumkile’s natural entrepreneurial flair and extensive network continues to prove invaluable in expanding Fairsure’s reach.

DIRECTOR & CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Miles has 36 years of financial services experience, gained through Old Mutual, BoE Asset Management, AMB Foord Asset Management and Sanlam. He has held roles as an independent contractor for Simeka Consultants and Actuaries, as well as serving as an independent trustee for various institutional, retail, commercial and stand-alone funds. Miles’ experience, expertise and networks in the investment space has allowed him to successfully spearhead Fairsure’s investment service offering.
